No only the room was clean and spacious, this hotel had everything we need. Excellent service, great food, gorgeous view and convenient to get around. We had a wonderful time and walked out with happiness. Definitely coming back!

The location is very convenient and near to Minatomirai station about 5 mins walk. The hotel staffs are friendly and our room is very clean and our bathroom and balcony with a wonderful view of the ferry wheel. The hotel have a direct limousine bus to Narita International Airport too which is very convenient. I will stay at this hotel again if I visit Yokohama.

Very curtious staff, great lounge , good selection of food and very good non-alcoholic drinks during cocktail hour. This hotel is connected to queens mall downstairs. Also subway train is conveniently located downstairs.
