We had all the amenities we needed plus all the restaurants and shopping locations were conveniently close by ask the hotel is connected to Yokohama's largest shopping complex. Best location to recover from jet lag and enjoy our first days in Japan!

Large clean and quiet rooms. Staff was friendly and helpful. Location of the hotel is excellent. Subway to Yokohama is in the basement of the same building (Queen's Square). Lots of shopping and restaurants nearby.

Had a very good experience staying at Yokohama Bay Hotel. The staff were extremely polite, friendly, and always willing to help. The location is perfect and the overall service is outstanding. The only slight downside is that the room looks a bit old, but it was spotlessly clean, which made the stay very comfortable.
