Great view and spacious room- Some sub-par service

We have stayed here before and really like this hotel. It is not too expensive and has a great view of Yokohama. We have some great memories here as well! The breakfast selection is also not bad. This time, the only thing that was a bit disappointing was that we came straight from our wedding. I was fully in a wedding dress, and my husband in his tux, but no one offered any congratulations or mentioned anything about it. I have worked in a hotel myself before, and know that hospitality-wise, this reaction was rather sub-par. I think everyone wants to be treated a bit special on their wedding day, but we did not receive any congratulations or amenities. Other than that, the stay was fine. The breakfast area was overcrowded and had a long wait time, but it could have been because it was a holiday weekend.

Great stay, amazing views

Our rooms had amazing views- super comfortable beds big bathrooms- the staff (especially Yoon) was very welcoming and helpful- made an real effort to accommodate my family. Very easy access from train station
