非常に場所が解りずらい(カーナビにも表示が曖昧)

レンタカーで行ったが、場所が解らずホテルへ電話すると近くに 住んでいるので何かあったら直ぐ来ます。とメールで何度か送信された が近くへ車を止めて探した所小さな看板があり、やっとたどり着いた。 オーナーに来てくれるよう電話で頼んだが行けない、と言い指示通り 部屋番号の指定は無かったが、郵便受けに鍵があったので、入居し、翌日am9:00に鍵を掛け郵便受けに返したが、12/6御社経由で鍵が返却されていない、と連絡があり12/6～7に電話やメッセンジャーを掛けたが一度だけ電話に出て切られてしまった、ホテル関係者と一切顔を併せず、鍵の返還も同様で、紛失した鍵の代金を請求する、との事なので非常に憤慨しています。御社の推奨するホテルなら安心と思っていたが、このようなオーナーのホテルは御社の登録から除外すべきと思います。部屋の鍵の受け渡しは対面が原則では、また、場所が解らないと言えば近くに住んでいるのであればホテル迄案内すべきと考えます。何度も電話とメッセージを送っているのに返信が来ないので鍵代の請求は断固、拒否します。12/1にタイ・パタヤに戻っているのでタイの電話番号が表示されたので、受信拒否かもしれません。日本の携帯は着信出来ますが、タイから発信できません。　　　星井　力

施設トラブルで宿泊できず、代替施設を探すと連絡をもらったがそれ以降連絡がつかなくなり、結局対応されなかった。
