米子ユニバーサルホテルに2日連泊で宿泊させて頂きましたが　大浴場が使えないと当日言われましたが、お掃除とかの件でも少し不満な対応に、同じサービス業者として残念に思っておる次第です

お部屋も清潔でスタッフの方の対応もよかったですが、唯一シャワーヘッドが壊れてたのか水圧が強すぎるのと、水が出るところがスカスカでした。桶に溜めたないと頭を洗えませんでした。それ以外は、食事が朝夜無料だったり費用面ではすごくよかったです！

朝食、夕食付きでこの値段はとてもお値打ちです。施設は古めですが、お風呂とトイレは区切られており湯船の外に洗い場もあります。大浴場もあったのですが故障中でしたが差し支えなかったです。

大浴場があると記載していたのに、当日チェックインする際に使用出来ないと言われ断念して部屋のユニットバスを使用するがシャワーが弱く、温度も定まらず、髪の毛がいたるところに付着していて気持ち悪かったです 11階1121号室

駅から歩ける近さ。スタッフさん皆感じ良い。工事中で大浴場使えないけど部屋の浴室が洗い場付き。窓外に足場組まれてましたがビジネスホテルとして充分。なにせ二食付きでちゃんとした個室でこの価格は安い、ありがたい。
