Cozy Cottage by the Sea

This charming quintessential New England shingled cottage has a wonderful enclosed porch which is perfect for many hours of relaxing, playing board games, or just reading a good book. There are lovely hardwood floors, bead boarding, and a tin ceiling just to mention a few of the original architectural features. Split units provide Air Conditioning to help those hotter summer days, and close proximity to the ocean makes this a fantastic vacation spot.

Great beach house and perfect location! The view and proximity to the beach/short sands was a 5 minute walk. There is a bedroom on the first floor with a full sized bed and 3 rooms on the second floor with bathroom. Front porch was perfect and we used it a lot. There was a great grill (looked brand new) and a washer/dryer in the kitchen which was very helpful. The house was well stocked with all of the things one might need ..including sheets and towels! Bonus was that the house allowed dogs and our dogs loved it :). 10/10 recommend this beach house !! Lastly, long driveway and parking for 4-5 cars depending on the size

The cottage was as described and the view from the enclosed porch was fabulous. Just a 2 minute walk to beach. We were disappointed that the washing machine was broken. Several calls to management company but nothing was resolved. We wonder how long the machine was inoperable. We packed light because of the washing machine and had to go to the laundromat several times.Very inconvenient.

Exactly what we wanted!

We had 8 people and two dogs. Size and layout of the cottage was exactly what we needed for our family. Dogs were welcome and very comfortable. Amazing view from the porch. Location couldn’t have been better. So close to everything. We loved it! One shower was a little challenging but we made it work. The outside shower helped a lot. Adorable back yard area with a fire pit. Really was just right.
