All 4 bedrooms have 42" Smart HD TV's, with Cable, and access to Netflix, Hulu & Amazon
Central AC, with 5 zones and each bedroom has its own thermostat.
Game room with board games, as well as custom arcade table with 1,000 classic arcade games.
Additional TV room with 65" TV located on the second floor.

Perfect family getaway

This home has it all for a multi-gen gathering: Beautiful home with lots of space to either spread out or gather, indoors and out; walking distance to the beach, stores, restaurants (and even the Wild Animal Kingdom); fenced in yard and fire pit for backyard retreat; 3 1/2 baths and five-zone a/c so everyone is comfortable; games and beach accessories; plenty of parking. What more can I say - this is one we all want to come back to - thank you!

Amazing property & host

This property is a prime location for anyone looking to visit York, Maine and the surrounding areas. Being able to walk out of the house and be at the beach in 5 minutes by foot was an incredible benefit. The property itself has all you need to enjoy a family or friend vacation and is very well taken care of. The kitchen is stocked with essentials, a high chair for little ones is available, and the decor is thoughtful and perfect for a beach house. Highly recommend. We already can't wait to return!

Great Rental

We had a fantastic 3 day weekend stay for a daughter’s graduation. The house is great with lots of room for everyone. Plenty of parking, and nice outdoor space with games and fire pit. Beach supplies, everything you need. And the location was very convenient to the heart of short sands.

AMAZING rental for girl's weekend

The location is excellent, easy walking distance to the beach, york's animal kingdom, restaurants, shops and entertainment. The house is gorgeous, spacious, immaculate and comfortable. The furniture and bedding were all very comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked with everything you need for prep and some of the basics that are annoying to have to buy like salt and pepper, sugar, olive oil, condiments, etc. The owners were very helpful and accessible. This is our 9th girl's weekend and by far our favorite rental! We will definitely be back!
