Look no further! If you have a large group to accommodate in the sun vacation in York, this is it! This beautiful house offers the possibility to rent for a full week, or short stays of 3-4 nights during the off-season. This open concept home features sizable rooms, and comfortable furnishings; all you need to gather your friends and family together under one roof.

The central family room features a Smart TV and hi-speed internet with WiFi. 
A spacious kitchen and dining room will take the challenge out of meal preparation. Imagine the fun each year sharing meals together here? Complete a puzzle on the large dining table or crack open a favorite board game! 

The master bedroom, located off the kitchen, includes a private master bath. The upstairs bedrooms are incredibly large and each features 2 Queen sized beds. A full bathroom is at the top of the stairs. A half bath and laundry center is on the main floor near the kitchen. This property also provides the essentials for your convenience: Linens, Towels, and some soaps. 
 
The lowest level features an additional family room, which includes another bedroom complete with a queen bed and a full/twin bunk bed.

The space in the house was perfect for our group or 9 (3 generations)! The house was very clean and tidy when we arrived. Communication was second to none with the host! I would definitely recommend spending a week with the family in this house!

Lovely location

The home is as described and accommodated 12 of us very well. The arrangement of the first floor level accommodated 2 adults and 2 children 3 and 5 with a bedroom including bunk beds and a full bed with a living room space that allowed the children some play space and privacy. The three bedrooms upstairs and master off the kitchen are spacious and very comfortable. The bathrooms are new and function quite well. The neighborhood is great - in walking distance to Nubble Lighthouse and great ice cream stand. The house has fun art pieces throughout. There were a few things that needed attention but trust that they will be addressed.
