A newly furnished 2 bedroom property just a minutes' walk from the heart of the city centre.

The property is something of a hidden gem and has a historic 'York' feel to it. A private entrance takes you into the living area complete with sofa, Smart TV and dining area to seat 4 for dinner. At the rear of the ground floor there's a beautiful, stylishly presented kitchen featuring corian worktops, coffee machine and dishwasher. there's a separate utility area through the back door that has a washer/dryer. The real 'wow' feature of the property is the amazing patio space at the rear. A huge enclosed secret garden just perfect to spend time in during the warmer months!

Upstairs the property has a lovely double room and a second bedroom that has bunk beds. The house bathroom is very well presented and complete with a a walk in shower.

The property comes with private parking for 1 car just a minutes' walk away.
