There is so much to enjoy with boat trips on the River Ouse, walks around the city walls, theatres, galleries and a wealth of individual shops and traditional tea rooms. The Yorkshire Air Museum, Burnby Hall Gardens and Wheldrake Ings Nature Reserve are all close by, whilst the scenic Yorkshire Wolds and the East Yorkshire Coast are just a short and scenic drive away.
