On entering through the front door you are immediately drawn in via the beautiful hallway, with both original York stone floors and staircase. You will find The Grand situated on the first floor. This beautiful one bedroom apartment is bright and airy and is designed to provide a comfortable base from which to explore the delights of York.

The decor has been carefully chosen to provide that touch of luxury, whilst also being totally in keeping with the building. You have a stunning open plan living area, with sofas that you can snuggle down into whilst watching a movie, or enjoying a chilled bottle of something lovely!
