Welcome to Apartment 301 @ Ryedale House - A fine example of a high end 2 bedroom property that offers truly spectacular views over the River Foss.

Ryedale House is an exclusive, private development in the heart of York's historic core beside the River Foss. 301 sits on the 3rd floor and has been finished to a very high standard internally.

Upon entering the open plan lounge, kitchen and dining area for the first time you will be immediately struck by the amazing amount of natural light coming into the apartment from the floor to ceiling windows. The views over the various city landmarks are simply stunning. There is a seating area complete with 2 armchairs plus a contemporary sofa that can convert to a sofa bed for the occasional extra guest. There is an additional seating area right in the corner of the room where you can take full advantage of relaxing with a coffee and taking in the view.

The kitchen area has been designed to the highest standards and features premium Neff appliances throughout. The dining area can seat 4 for dinner.

The high quality wooden floors throughout the apartment also have the added benefit of underfloor heating. The property also benefits from superfast fibre broadband.
