Welcome to our beautiful house in York. We hope you enjoy your stay! We have personally thought through all of the amenities and hope to provide you with all the comforts of home. The surrounding area has a lot to offer and is sure to make your holiday one of a kind.


Staying here allows you access to the private garden.
Oh, and it’s pet-friendly too!


As a self-catering house, you'll find everything you need for a perfect stay.
The kitchen has a fridge, a hob, an oven, a toaster, a kettle, a coffee maker, a dishwasher, a freezer and a microwave.
The house is a perfect place to relax and offers a television, internet access and a music player.


This house has 3 bedrooms and can comfortably sleep 6 adults.
In the first bedroom, you will find a mezzanine king bed.
In the next bedroom, there is a king bed.
The third bedroom contains a zip and link bed. Please add in the notes on booking if your require a king or twins  There is additional sleeping space in the house, comprising a double sofa bed in the mezzanine bedroom for family


There are 2 bathrooms and a downstairs toilet.
The first bathroom is ensuite, has a toilet and sink and a walk-in shower.
The next bathroom is ensuite, has a toilet and sink and a walk-in shower.


Linen, towels and an iron are all included to make your stay more enjoyable.

The 3rd bedroom is set as a king bed. If you require this to be split into a twin please let us know before your stay. Also sofa bedding is available upon request.

House Rules:
- Check-in time is 4pm and check-out is 10am.
- Smoking is not allowed.
- There is no parking available at the property.
- No parties at the property, such as Stag and Hens.
- We ask that you respect our neighbor's while visiting the property.
- We ask that you keep the noise in the courtyard to a minimum and non at all after 10pm.
- Waste is to be taken to the blue bins and separated as landfill and recycling.
- A dishwasher and a washing machine are included for your use.
- Pets are allowed at the property.

We will also with enough notice try to accommodate

if you require any special requirements i.e. birthday decorations, flowers chocolates, etc please message beforehand to arrange. Ob obviously, these will be charged accordingly.

We loved this house. It was beautifully set up with excellent amenities. We loved the cinema room and especially enjoyed watching the rugby on the big screen! Location is great with an easy 15 minute walk into town. Highly recommend.

One of the best properties I stayed so far. First floor has a very big living room with an amazing cinema set up ( projector and sound system) where we spent the night watching couple movies. Living room opens up to a good sized garden area. Second floor is where the rooms, kitchen and dining area is. Big rooms, very clean and comfortable , very well equipped modern kitchen - it has everything you need. The view is also amazing - looking over to the river. The property is very close to the city center (10-15 mins walk). Sainsbury’s is at walking distance. We were worried about parking as the property does not have parking avaiable , however it is very easy to find a parking spot ( we parked close to Sainsbury’s parking area). Overall it was a great experience and our host Hannah was amazing, very responsive and helpful.
