AWFUL

We did notnstay. We left! I tryed to contact Hotel.com both by phone and virtual chat to try and correct our problems without success. That is the problem with automated services they have nothing to do with actual living.people. as far as the hotel there was no hot water, the handicap bathroom facilities wete not as pictured and we were unable to access the WIFI services. Attempts to resolve our issues were un successful. I stated several times that we had no hot water and no attempts were made to resolve the problem. Also minor things like no ice bucket, cups or tissues. Worst hotel experoence ever. Less than an hour later we made a 2 hour drive home in a thunderstorm.

The property itself was appropriate for an overnight stay. The sidewalks and some parts of the building could use some repairs. However, for the price it was not bad. Breakfast was limited but could use adding additional options on food choices.

Rock the Country York, PA

Room was good. Breakfast/front desk attendant we rude. On Saturday morning she refused to fill waffle machine with batter, (we were there at 8:35AM). Other families other than my group also stated that she was rude to them.
