The property has been re-designed and refurbished offering a beautiful, modern and welcoming 5 star interior, giving guests incredibly high standards of accommodation with 3 sumptuous bedrooms. The house is just a few minutes' walk from the city centre down Walmgate where there is a huge choice of restaurants, bars, shops and delis.

The property is beautifully furnished throughout, offering excellent sleeping accommodation in three sumptuous bedrooms. The property can accommodate up to 7 guests extremely comfortably, with lots of space.

Through the entrance hall the property opens up into a stunning open plan living room and spacious dining area seating 7 guests to sit and enjoy and meal and drinks together. There is a Smart TV, to sit and watch in front of the cosy fire, we provide free wi-fi throughout the property.

The fully equipped, kitchen is separate from the living area and has everything you will need for your stay, oven, hob, microwave, washing machine and a full size fridge freezer , it offers everything you could need during your stay.
There are also plenty of pans, utensils and crockery so you can make your own meals.

Off the kitchen is the convenience of a downstairs bathroom with shower over the bath.

Heading upstairs The main bedroom offers a luxuriously comfortable super king sized bed that can be split into singles if required, hanging rail, and a small double futon sofa bed, The second bedroom has a superbly comfortable double bed. We have top hotel quality fluffy towels, 100% cool crisp cotton sheets and sumptuous pocket sprung mattresses to make for a great nights sleep.

The master bathroom has a fantastic walk in shower.

Heading up to the top floor you will find a double bedroom with a stunning en-suite with a walk in shower.

Because we are so central there is no parking on site, however Peel street car park is a few minutes walk away and can be used.

Regrettably out of respect for our neighbours we cannot accept bookings from Stag and Hen parties as we are in a quiet residential part of the city.

This cottage offers its guests laundry facilities. The front desk is open around the clock.
