No internet, hotel unable to help. Hotel sign says "Wifi". Bathroom dirty, bathtub repainted and worn out. Had asked for quiet room, was given location one room in from road. Had to struggle to get another location. Front desk attendent had to keep calling boss to do anything. I WANT A REFUND.

Enitire place is dirty inside and out, water damage, broken ac and lights, rude and unprofessional employees, seen A patrol the entire night just circling the building, a group of people with a hooker blasting music in one of the rooms below us, and we left before 3 am, forget the complimentary coffee, i dont even want to know what that tastes like. Plus they advertise free wifi, but the isn't a single signal. Worst place ive ever been to. But shout out to the nice guy that the clerk 'didnt want to deal with' because he told where to check in. Pretty much, the place should definately be shut down.

I am surprised this hotel is listed on this site. There were cockroaches everywhere. Holes like mice chewed through base board. Dirty sheets and shower. My daughter even witnessed a woman peeing in the outdoor stairwell. I would not recommend and I would not stay here.

The room was disgusting with cockroaches on walls and toilet paper. Holes in the walls. Stained sheets..worst room ive ever stayed in. Left a day early. No refund!! You should be responsible for having this falsely advertised on your website!

Front desk clerk was very nice. Room was paid online. When we arrived, we took one look at the room and went straight back to her requesting a refund. She was very nice and gave refund immediately. The room was filthy, literally filthy!

Hotel hell

Our room light did not work and neither did the fridge. The fridge also had a very bad smell coming from it. The microwave was disgusting as well. The water had black specks all through it and it sputtered when I tried to turn it on. But the worst of the worst was when it got dark outside and the roaches started coming out of everywhere across the dresser on the walls on the floor around the tub and under the toilet seat. Seeing those made me leave still awaiting my refund.

The housekeepers didn’t maintain the room such as; no cleaning, changing the linens, taking out the trash, only provided fresh towels only on Wednesday’s, had to provide my own towels and wash clothes. We were told not to return to the hotel because of my grandson wandering the hotel by himself and was messing with the vending machines, he left the room while my son was sleeping and they claimed that they were receiving complaints from the guests I didn’t hear anything from any of the hotel staff till the morning of reserving a night. Never been warned nor did the manager discuss any of the issues with me.
