A first floor apartment, Phoenix, is situated near the village of Tockwith in the Vale of York between Harrogate, Wetherby and York on a recently planted family run vineyard. Originally farm buildings, the barns have been sympathetically converted into five beautiful one bedroom cottages each with their own unique character.
Named after one of the grapes grown on the family run vineyard, Phoenix, offers a warm welcome from the moment you enter into the charming hallway from the main entrance on the ground floor. Stairs lead guests to the well-equipped kitchen, dining and seating area featuring the barns original exposed beams. From here walk through to the shower room and Master bedroom, a light and airy space to enjoy whilst on holiday.
The private patio is home to a delightful seating area for two, from which guests can enjoy morning coffee or a relaxing glass of wine after a busy day spent walking the cobbled streets of York.
The cottage is within easy reach of Harrogate, the Victorian Spa town with it's many attractions including the most northerly RHS garden at Harlow Carr; the market town of Wetherby on the River Wharfe and home of Wetherby racecourse ; the vibrant Cathedral City of York with it's Roman roots and Viking history.
