Piccadilly Place is our newest property located inside York's famous bar walls!

Just a 2 minute walk from the York city street Piccadilly, packed with shops, restaurants and the popular York Spark centre, offering the freshest selection of places to eat, drink and shop.

Just a 5 minute walk into the heart of York, and only a 15-20 minute stroll to the other side of York's city centre, home to The York Minster, The Museum gardens and York's Train Station.
As far as location goes, you cannot ask for much more.

Heading into the house you are greeted with modern furnishings and décor throughout. The Living area has seating for 6 guests, over two sofas. A Large flat screen smart Tv for your use, offering you the chance to relax comfortably and watch your favourite Netflix programmes after a busy day exploring the city.
The property is fitted with the highest quality fixtures, including a modern Tv cabinet with a wireless charging feature to charge your phone wirelessly.

Heading into the kitchen, the open space offers a dining table for up to 6 guests. All the appliances you could need for any length of stay are provided including a full fridge freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, microwave, Tassimo coffee machine, hoover, oven and induction hob etc.
Leading on from the kitchen there is a small outside space with seating to enjoy in the summer months.

Upstairs you will find 3 bedrooms, 2 of which offer King size beds, the 3rd bedroom offers a standard double bed. Each bed provides comfort throughout your stay and hotel quality bed linen and towels are also provided for your use. Each bedroom offers small hanging space for your clothes and full size mirrors.

There is a family bathroom for your use, with a bath and over head shower, and modern tiling throughout.
All the little things such as Ironing board and iron, hairdryer, clothes airer that you would not expect to find but are essential are provided for your use throughout your stay, offering you the chance to pack that little bit lighter.

The property has basic stock throughout provided for your initial arrival such as hand wash, washing up liquid, basic cleaning equipment, toilet roll, tea, coffee, sugar etc, however the property is self-catering so anything outside of these basics would need to be brought along with you.

Parking is provided for one car on the drive to the front of the property.
Free WIFI is provided throughout the property for your stay.

This property provided the perfect base for any sort of stay in York, providing the home from home comforts we all miss whilst staying away from home. Ideal for short stays to enjoy the tourist attractions or the nightlife York offers, or also perfect for longer stays for business travellers or families!

This cottage offers its guests laundry facilities. The front desk is open around the clock.
