First, I arrived at 3:30 pm to check in. They gave me a messy, uncleaned room with a bad smell. It turned out they had given me the key to someone else's room, which was still occupied, and I was startled. The TV was on, and I ran out of the room and went to the front desk. They apologized and gave me another room. The next day, I went to breakfast, and the person working there, who was cooking, was very rude and offended me because I accidentally left the syrup bottle in the wrong place. She got angry about it, but it wasn't a reason to make me feel bad.

We stayed here last year and everything was fine. Not this year and we won't be coming back. Breakfast food ran out ½ hour before scheduled time. I asked if she was bringing more and she said "Till I make it, it will be over." Worked in restaurants 46 years, this was unacceptable. Very poor planning. Sickeningly sweet smell on 3rd floor hallway. Made me nauseous opening the door. Smelled like the whole floor was hosed down with cheap cleaning solution.
