I had a wonderful stay at the Ramada Hotel, and I want to especially highlight the exceptional service provided by the staff. Everyone I encountered was warm, professional, and genuinely helpful. From the front desk to housekeeping, they went out of their way to make my stay comfortable and pleasant. Their friendly attitude and attention to detail truly made a difference—thank you for the outstanding hospitality!

Overwhelming smell of marijuana and carpet cleaner throughout the entire hotel. In the room, it was really humid and damp which includes the bed. The floors were so dirty. Breakfast was a waste. Shady people hanging around the entrances. Would not come back and would not recommend.

We stayed on the first floor, and with a clear gap underneath our door, dust, debris, and a hair ball ended up in our bathroom. The bed was fine but the bathroom needed help. It was old and falling apart. The floorboard was peeling up, there were stains on the wall near the toilet and the shower walls were yellowed from years of use. We only stayed one night. With all the other hotel options in that area, will not be returning here.

Paid nearly 300 per night for 2 rooms, elevator was very dirty with taped-over buttons and an emergency phone that was duct taped (it was a table phone) Rooms had no hairdryers and laundromat dryers were not in operation.

It was in a nice area but place is a little run down. Floor is snap together vinyl flooring and was Oozing brown water between the joints. Had to lay down all the towels so we could walk on it. Bathroom was ok,walls at bottom were starting to deteriorate.

It was busy, but first and foremost you deal with the patron checking in before tending to the phone - “Ramada Inn, York. Please HOLD.” Even if it’s a guest at the hotel requesting help, put them on hold and tend to the check in. 2 minutes or less if you are good.

Hotel was extremely run down and had an odd and slightly unpleasant odor in the hallways and elevator. Room was dingy and appeared slightly dirty especially on sink and in shower. Bed was very comfortable. Linens on bed and in bathroom had a few stains but looked fairly clean. Room was small but cozy. Staff was pleasant but extremely hard to understand. I would not recommend doing express checkin as they don’t ask for any of that information anyway. Was told that early check in was 35$ and was charged 35 initially but ended up being charged a second 15$ fee to equal $50 total. There is a 100$ deposit on top of cost due at check in that takes a few days to be refunded. Overall not terrible but not great. Would definitely recommend bringing Clorox wipes to give room a quick wipe down if you are particular about cleanliness.
