The hotel was in an ideal location. Very close to I80. Very clean and staff was friendly.

Gritty area, right by I-80, very noisy! Front desk staff was rude and when I asked what the pool hours were they said it's been broken for years. The room smelled musty & reaked of stale cigarette smoke. When we turned on the air unit it made a loud pitched noise. I went to the front desk and asked for maintenance to look at it, but was informed that "they were off". I asked for a different room but they advised that they were full. I pulled the filter to see if that would help and it was packed full and inch deep. We advised the front desk that we could not stay there. They refused to refund our points and we are having to sue them now! DON'T STAY HERE!
