Really great place to stay. We stayed in room located in what we think was the original stable yard. The room was immaculate and perfectly Set out. The bar/ restaurant was a great place to hang out with friendly staff and great food. We had a fantastic stay. The room was immaculate, the finish was perfect and it was very clean. We had a pet friendly room which was lovely and it was a nice surprise to have dog bowls, treats, dog bed and blanket in the room. Breakfast was very nice and we also chose to have dinner in the pub due our stay which was also very nice. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. Just a couple of very small things which could make the whole experience a bit better would be plumper pillows and the way in from the car park doesn’t really match up to how amazing the rest of the establishment is.
Pet friendly twin room was spacious, very well finished and incredibly clean. Stylish and warm.

Beautiful olde English pub with great atmosphere, friendly staff and comfortable rooms. We had a dog friendly room at the back of the property, easy walking to local park. Excellent breakfast and evening meal the best vegetarian I’ve had ad in years.
