We had a nice stay. The hotel met our request to have a crib in the room. Everything was very clean, albeit a little dated. There was a private event at the pool on Saturday night, so we couldn't enjoy the pool as much as we would have liked. Restaurant bar was very nice with live entertainment on Friday. Close to everything in West York.

First, all the staff I met were very friendly and helpful, but the room was disgusting; I found a lip gloss and fingernail clippings under the edge of the bed, stains on one of the pillows and black goo in the fridge... Also have to recommend against the first floor rooms because there's daylight around the courtyard door, had to pile blankets up against it overnight to keep from freezing...

The hotel was beautifully decorated for Christmas. Only real issue was our shower drain didn’t drain. Room/bathroom wasn’t the cleanest but not bad. We would stay again.
