Restaurant pricing was a bit outrageous for the portions/taste. Flatbread sauce was very bitter, side salad did not fill the container and a few toppings. Found out the last night I stayed that breakfast was complementary. Would have been nice to know this when I checked in. The girl checking in only told me which door to drive to for my room- cool. Housekeepers were very friendly and smiling!

Unfortunately the only good thing I can say is the staff was amazing. Great people, very helpful. Unfortunately they are at the mercy of whoever owns the hotel and isn’t shelling out for repairs and remodels. The carpets through all of the hallways is disgusting along with the walls, smells terrible. No amount of cleaning will fix it, it needs replacing and repainting. The rooms and hallways just have this terrible odor of old cigarettes and mold. Again, I don’t think this is anything the staff can’t control, it’s nothing that can be cleaned. With that being said the rooms were clean… just smelled. Hotel has a ton of potential, the pool and courtyard areas are very cool, pool was closed though. Whoever owns it needs to spend the money and update and repair/remove things.

Unfortunately the pool was closed. Only reason why we wanted to stay there. Hallway was very dirty. Hallways also didn’t feel safe, lots of suspicious people walking around and using the lobby and hallway bathrooms.

We went 2 nights for rest for a wrestling tournament and wanted rest. The atrium was so loud of people screaming and we called the front desk to ask when quiet time and they said 11 PM. At 11:30 we called back and said if noise did stop , we were going to call the police. We were told to do what we needed to do. Had to turn off heater as it blew out a moldy smell! Very disapppinted!!!!!

I really enjoyed my stay at the Wyndham! Most hotels are a let down when I travel, but the staff were super kind and easy to talk to, the rooms were super clean, the included breakfast was above expectations, and even the soap on the showers were an amazing brand that I love (Beekman 1802)! Excellent hotel and service!

Everyone was very nice, polite & friendly during our stay. However, I wish it was a lil cleaner. There was boogies on the side of the bed & more lil ugh stuff. My main problem was wish online had been clearly communicated that the pool would be closed. By the time we arrived, we were already tired & had paid for the room, so I was disappointed to find out that we couldn’t use the pool as planned. I could have chosen another place where my child could enjoy swimming before bedtime, rather than having to entertain a toddler in a small room. Swimming would have helped him relax & go to sleep easily. For $160 a night? I expected access to all amenities, including the pool!!!! Totally disappointed. Honestly won’t be back.

The staff was excellent and location was great. Unfortunately a group of guests let their children run wild , knock on doors repeatedly thru the night, yell and scream in the hallways and throw cake and other food in the pool , which closed it down for other kids ( mine in particular)
