Cozy studio apartment just off 23 near Ann Arbor. Lower level of house with plenty of room for 4. Lots of games, large TV, and comfy couches! Kitchen with all of the essentials. The wine cellar doubles as a dining room/office and can be an away space if others want to go to bed early. The kitchen has a full refrigerator, sink, microwave/toaster oven, and double burner hot plate (no dishwasher or stove/oven). In consideration of our neighbors, there is a decibel monitoring device.
