This exclusive villa is located outside Ystad and has a large, beautiful terrace. The large living room offers a panoramic view of the hilly landscape. Just outside the property you can fish for perch in twoponds. You have only 10 minutes to beautiful sandy beaches. Also visit the Ystad Zoo, which is very popular with children. For golfers, a visit to Ystad Golf Club is recommended. For those interested in history, there are a number of castles and palaces. If you want to leave the idyll for a while, there is a train connection to Malmö-Copenhagen (1 hour). The Danish island of Bornholm can be reached by ferry from Ystad.
