Beautiful accommodation in the countryside, just outside Ystad.



This wonderful cottage is spacious and situated on a large plot, so has more than enough room to unfold for all vacation guests. The garden with stream is well maintained and allows a view of the fields (The neighbor keeps horses there), but also the pure view of the typical southern Swedish red wooden walls is fantastic.



Inside, you'll gather in the conservatory or in front of the fireplace, and a whirlpool and sauna also beckon for complete relaxation. Here you can really spread out and enjoy your time.



In the surrounding area you will find beautiful hiking and biking trails, wide sandy beaches, castles, golf courses and much more. Ystad convinces with fantastic buildings and alleys that invite you to stroll and visit cafes.

Schön gelegen, aber...

Das Haus ist wunderschön und ruhig gelegen in der hügeligen Umgebung von Ystad. Die Schnellstraße E65 ermöglicht eine sehr gute Verkehrsanbinding. Auch alle genannten Ausstattungen (Sauna, Kamin, Whirlpool...) sind vorhanden, zum Teil aber etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Kritisieren müssen wir die folgenden Punkte: 1. Wir waren nach etwa 3 Monaten die ersten Gäste im Haus. Dieses war völlig ausgekühlt (Raumtemperatur um die 12 Grad), sodass wir die ersten Tage sehr gefroren haben. Das Aufheizen des Hauses hat sich dann auch sehr stark in der Stromrechnung wiedergespiegelt. Kaminholz zum schnellen Erwärmen war ebenfalls nicht vorhanden. Es gab nur den vagen Hinweis das man sich irgendwo was kaufen könne. 2. Die Sauberkeit war verbesserungswürdig. Nach dem genannten Leerstand rochen die Abflüsse zu Beginn, vieles war verkalkt und die Endreinigung der Vorgänger in Eigenregie war spürbar. Eine professionelle Jahresendreinigung hätte nicht geschadet. Trotz dieser Kritikpunkte hatten wir einen sehr schönen Schwedenurlaub in und um Ystad.

Disliked: Cleanliness

Super schönes Haus könnte aber sauberer sein.

Das Haus ist sehr geräumig und bietet viel toll Ecken zum Sitzen. Ob drinnen, im Wintergarten oder im verwinkelten Garten. Leider war das Haus bei unserer Ankunft nicht gereinigt. Wir gehen davon aus, dass die Vormieter keine Endreinigung gebucht haben und selbst "sauber gemacht" haben. Allerdings soll in diesem Fall eine Kontrolle erfolgen.
