the area was nice, rooms were good, some stains in the bathroom and the placement of the window was weird because it led straight to the parking lot so people could see inside meaning i could never open my window. overall not bad and would stay here again

Look it’s Yuba City. This was a nice cheap hotel across the street is a great ice cream joint on 100+ days you can’t do wrong. Staff here was easy to work with and let us in the laundry room a little early so we’d make our checkout time.

Overall very good with one major issue

Overall it's a very good place to stay. Staff is very friendly which is always a big plus. I do wish there were some lower calorie options for breakfast. Also, even though the room was smoke-free you could definitely smell cigarette smoke which was a big turn off.

Though they fixed the issue and allowed up to check out this property is on to stay away. Hotel , hall ways smelled like weed so bad it caused instant migraines . Then the ac wasn’t working the other room wasnt any better. So we choose to leave .

Unclean

The staff were friendly but the hotel appeared very dirty. We had a yellow spot that looked like urine on the rim of the bathtub, the toilet was not cleaned, and we were nervous about bed bugs because of the uncleanliness. They did have bed bug covers on the mattresses and pillows which was comforting though.

In town for a local concert and booking late, this was mostly our last decent option. Overall it's ok. Nothing exceptional. However the staff was very friendly and accommodating. It appears the rooms have thin walls and noise,(tv, conversation) could be heard easily from nearby rooms. The neighborhood rooster population was another slightly annoying issue, since they could be heard around 4:00 a.m. off and on.

We stayed here for about a week and we really enjoyed it. The only thing we had issue with was the TV not really working properly, but that really didn’t bug us, and when we took showers, we had to make sure the door was closed because if not, the fire alarm would go off and the water wouldn’t be that hot. The staff there is very friendly and very nice. Nick the manager help us a lot and a very sweet dude
