✦ Rooms are not adjoining and possibly not next to each other. Spaces are assigned upon arrival based on availability.

✦ Please ensure you have a valid ID for check-in, as it is mandatory for entry.

Guest Access:
During your stay, you will have access to the property and amenities according to the following schedule:

✦ Check-in is available from 04:00 pm, and is flexible afterwards. If you expect to arrive later, please let us know as soon as possible to make the necessary arrangements.

✦ You may keep your luggage at the front desk if you arrive early.

✦ Outdoor shared pool available all year, opened from 8:00AM to 10:00PM.

✦ Free parking lot.

✦ A credit/debit card is required at check-in for a $300 refundable deposit, returned after check-out if no damages occur.

✦ Pets are welcome with an additional charge of $20.00 (per pet per night). Dogs only, max 2, 80 lb each.

✦ We use multi-unit listings, so rooms are similar but may have small differences.

✦ The maximum number of days that you may book per reservation is only 28 days.

✦ Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability for a fee.

✦ PET POLICY: Pets may be allowed in designated pet-friendly rooms. Please inform the front desk via the number provided in your confirmation letter if you will be bringing a pet.
