Located in the high desert just minutes away from Joshua Tree sits this incredible vacation escape - Stargazer Ranch is a creative and colorful 4 bedroom home with something for everyone.

Upon entering, you will experience vibrant, stylish rooms bursting with color, light, texture, and patterns.
An incredible one-of-a-kind stone fireplace serves as the focal point in the living room, which also has a 100" Roku projector (16:9) for screening movies, as well as a separate pool table room. All bedrooms have a distinctive personality, and you'll have fun deciding who is staying in each. Among them is the beautiful and luxurious master bedroom with a private bathroom, a whimsical "kids room" with bunk beds and 2 bright, stylish queen bedrooms. In total there are 5 private rooms, 3 bathrooms and an office space in addition to the separate living and dining areas. The large, airy, recently renovated kitchen is perfect for memorable meals for you and your loved ones with plenty of dining space. An eclectic mix of Western Art makes for an incredibly unique and fun experience in our cinematic dining room. Enjoy coffee at the cute breakfast table nook while gazing at the desert foliage through the windows, or since it doubles as a poker table, have a poker night!

Our stay here was filled with issues with check-in, amenities available, & communication. Upon arrival, we found the place to be not cleaned since the last guests–floors were dirty, beds were used, & there was a pile of wet dirty towels. We were unable to reach the host for 3 hours and weren’t able to return to the cleaned property until after 9pm (the place was well cleaned after). The host offered late check out, which we did not need nor request.The next day, we found all the outdoor amenities that drew us to book this rental were non-existent or unusable. The meditation tent did not exist, the pool was empty, the hot tub was unable to be turned on, and the ping pong table was broken in half and left there. This was greatly frustrating; we had planned to stay at the rental to use the outdoor amenities all trip. After some back and forth, the host offered a 10% refund which we never received. This was after we had requested a greater refund given that it was not cleaned at all and we had to wait until after 9pm to utilize the premises, when check-in was at 2:30pm. When we contacted Vrbo representatives to help rectify the situation, the host lied–telling them she offered us a full refund if we were to cancel on arrival, which is not something we were offered. We've attempted to contact the host via Vrbo customer service multiple times since checkout, but haven't heard back from the host since the pictured exchange at checkout.Book at your own risk.

Let me start off by saying the property is huge. Plenty of space for different activities. The house was spacious and decorated beautifully. Each room had a different theme all very cute. The inside of the house was definitely a 10/10 The location of the house is also in a great area close proximity to food, shopping, etc..Cons- Although the outside is very spacious, a lot of the outdoor amenities were not working. I made sure to reached out to the owner prior to our visit to make sure everything was in working order and she assured me that it was. The fire pit outside was not working. The hot tub did turn on, but did not stay on long enough to heat up. We were unable to use the hot tub. Although we did not use the pool. It was only halfway full. The big beautiful Teepee shown in the pictures and descriptions was nonexistent that was upsetting because my daughters were really looking forward to hanging out inside also one of the reasons I chose this location. My suggestion for the future would just be to update outside photos. I give the outside 4/10

The house was really interesting! We were very disappointed that the pool was empty of water and the hot tub was ice cold and there was no "meditation tent" as advertised and the hammocks where not up either and the outdoor fire place was out of propane and there was an old decaying umbrella in the back yard. If the amenities change in the winter just update the advertisement. Folks come from out of town. When we were here it was sunny, no rain and 50 degrees. Thank you. The inside of the house was very cool but again sort of rickety.
