老闆人蠻客氣的 ，床很好睡， 下來就是商店街了 ，走路到碼頭也很近，唯一美中不足是廁所一直聞到很濃的菸味，廁所門要一直關著。

早餐不錯，誠意十足。 房間簡單乾淨。 離湖邊也不遠，有停車位。 買東西也方便，就在市區街道上。

老闆人很好很親切，地點也很好，早餐也不錯，唯一缺點就是洗澡的水不是太冷就是太燙，不好調溫度，其他整體都很好。

位置好，樓下已是食肆，十分方便，早餐尚可。租房間時本來是有窗的，怎料是窗是面向樓梯，只可關閉。且房間隔音不佳，十分嘈雜。

服務有待加強

飯店清潔度還有很大的進步空間，浴室冷熱水非常難調整，住了兩天第二天的備品未補充完整，早餐也完全無變化，老闆服務態度也有待加強，停車場不容易找且還需要走一段，唯一優點應該就是出來就可以逛伊達邵商店街了

古いので仕方ないが、部屋全体が暗い。ただ、清掃はきちんとしている。早朝チェックアウトのため、朝食が取れなかった。スタッフの女性に頼んだら、出発時にサンドイッチと温かい飲み物を用意してくれた。しかも、リクエスト通りのハム、玉子、チーズのホットサンド！ 本当に嬉しかった。バスの時間が迫っていたので、ちゃんとお礼を言えなかったのが心残り。
