Disliked: Cleanliness, amenities, property conditions & facilities
- Living Room vs. Overall Condition
The living room is newly renovated, but the rest of the building is old and has a musty, mildew smell.
- Hot Spring Temperature
The outdoor hot spring was boiling hot upon arrival, taking nearly two hours to cool down. Additionally, there were insects nearby, including dead ones.
- Cleanliness Issues
The toilet and bathing areas were not clean, with dead insects and spider webs present.
- Elderly Unfriendliness
The building lacks safety handrails, and the wooden staircase felt unsafe. My parents opted to sleep on the ground floor to avoid nighttime trips downstairs.
- Dirty Staircase
The staircase was dirty and had spider webs.
- Second Floor Condition
The second floor had an old smell, and the bedrooms were not suitable for renting. We chose to sleep on tatami mats instead.
- Check-in Process
The check-in was cumbersome, requiring multiple photos of personal ID, which made me feel uneasy about data security.
- Location
The only positive was the location, just a few minutes from the bus station and rail station.
Overall, I cannot recommend this property due to cleanliness, safety, and check-in issues.
