New listing with Brand new furnishings and amenities. This 4 bed, 2 bath home has been carefully furnished to help you have a comfortable stay. Large couch and tv to relax with every day. Plenty of beds to sleep comfortable. 1 king, 4 twins(bunk beds), 1 queen, and a Queen bunk bed(2-queens) Kitchen is stocked with high quality appliances and equipment. Please reach out with any questions. Back porch furnished with furniture and bbq. Back yard is not currently finished. Currently makes for a fun time for the kids to play in the sand.

The host communicated on a very timely manner. The accommodations supported 4 men at times for our project 1.5 hours east of town. I would stay here again for work if my need to travel to Yuma arises again. Large Walmart to and from the home provided all of our grocery and goods needs. Very convenient. UPS near by as well to receive and ship out our project needs as well.

Great Stay!

Communication could not have been better or quicker. House was super nice and O that master bed was beyond comfortable! Kitchen was well stocked with nice blender and everything else you might need.
