Two Queen sized air mattresses are available for additional sleeping. We just ask that the maximum number of guests is 14. There is also a BBQ located just outside the kitchen on the third level. Strip any used beds, gather used towels, and store extra beds
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please make sure all trash is gathered from the home and garage and taken to the dumpsters within the Martinez Lake community.
Make sure lights are off and use the ultraloq button to lock the front door upon departure.
Leave all used towels in bathrooms. Strip used linens from beds and leave beds that have been slept in un-made.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
