Property is definitely outdated and at least the room that I stayed in needs a little facelift. I was there alone and being low maintenance I did not care so much. But my wife would probably had me go elsewhere if she was with me. The staff was very friendly and helpful! Breakfast is included with stay which is very nice! You get waffles, cereal, coffee, peanut butter jelly sandwiches, juices. Theere is a lady that makes eggs to your liking. Area around is OK. Many places to go eat or shop.

Life has its ups and downs. But when things are too challenging I look forward to coming to this hotel for comfort. Always amazing. Clean rooms, close to where we needed to go. The breakfast service was more than others. Typical cereal, yogurt... but, there is a staff member cooking eggs to order. I wouldn't stay anywhere else in Yuma.
