mi última noche había mucho ruido en los pasillos y no hicieron el servicio de limpieza un día. No está tan cerca del centro, por lo que se debe caminar unos 15 minutos aprox y en las noches está muy obscuro en los alrededores. De las cosas buenas me gustó el hotel, es pequeño y acogedor, y el personal es muy amable

Pros y Contras

La estancia tuvo pros y contras: Pros: Es un hotel nuevo, con elevador, buenas instalaciones y cerca del centro de Zacatlán. Contra: Salimos en el día y regresamos por la noche y no hiceron el aseo de la habitación y la puerta de la habitacion estaba abierta. Igualmente la habitación no tenia ventilación y nos toco un dia muy caluroso. Detalles que deben cuidar. Por desgracia me toco a mi que siempre comento en mis viajes.
