On the first floor, there is a master bedroom with a queen-size bed, an en suite bathroom, and a balcony. Here, you will also find two more bedrooms with queen and king-size beds and a sea view, and one shared bathroom with a bathtub and shower. There is also a kid’s playroom with toys and social games.

The second floor of the villa is a true gem, we could say the complete area is an exclusive en suite of the luxurious master bedroom with a king-size bed and a spacious terrace overlooking the sea. with a lounge area connected to the bedroom, an equipped kitchenette with a wine cooler, and a balcony around the floor.
All of the rooms in the Villa are air-conditioned, and equipped with an LCD TV and safe.

A heated hydro massage pool (26 m2) with sun lounges and a spacious main terrace with a luxury electric pergola, a dining table for 8, a barbecue place, and lounge seating are the main view that dominates the exterior of our luxury Villa. There is also an additional side terrace with a table for 6 and a garage with additional 4 outdoor parking places in the front of the villa.

The whole area is fully air-conditioned and equipped with WI-FI and underfloor heating, which makes this Villa attractive and perfect to rent all year round.
