Luxury new holiday penthouse for rent is situated in quiet nature of village Kožino, just 5 km from busy city of Zadar. Crystall clear sea water, beautiful seaview from all of the rooms and terraces of the appartment are the main points of its beauty. As it is new building (finished in year 2022), you are welcomed in new, fresh, luxurious appartement. There are expensive materials used as wood and stone. In all the appartment there are wood floors in bedrooms and living room, and massive, stone wall applications in the appartement and in the interior and exterior of the building too. You can use rich space of 117 m2 (including three bedrooms, living room, kitchen with dinig space, three bathrooms, three terraces - two in the appartment and one rooftop terrace). All the rooms have their own air condition. There is a grill on rooftop terrace wheren you can watch the sunset while preparing your favourite outside diiner with friends and family. Are you afraid of lack of parking places? Don't worry, in Seaside residence you can park for free directly in the privacy of the residence, where you can have from 1 to 4 parking places per appartement. Don't want to drive to vacation? No problem, there is a Zadar Zemunik airport nearby. Are you a beach type? Great, then 180 m walking directly in two minutes you get on a very clean, beautiful stone beach with palms.
