Stunning home in Zadar

Villa Neo is a wonderful house on the outskirts of Zadar with a maximum capacity of 9 guests. The exterior has a lovely pool with sun loungers and a couple of lounge corners for sunbathing, reading a good book or just relaxing. There is also a great shady garden with a trampoline for children to have fun. The terrace with dining table and another seating area is perfect for a barbecue with fresh fish or meat, or simply to enjoy a good breakfast before exploring the town or beaches.

If you enter the villa from this terrace, you will see a modern living room and a fully equipped kitchen with a dining table and a small bar. Everything is lovingly decorated with modern details. Villa Neo has 3 bedrooms, all have double beds, one of them has an additional single bed and TV, another one has access to the balcony and TV. All rooms are air-conditioned.

Two spacious bathrooms are well equipped, one with shower and washing machine, the other with bathtub.

The villa is the perfect place for families with children, completely enclosed and quiet, but not too far from the town center and the sea.

Dieses Haus ist der absolute Hammer. Modern und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Ausstattung, Küche, vollständig mit Kaffemaschinen, genügend Geschirr ... Alles in allem wirklich paradiesisch und fantastisch. Die Poollandschaft und der Garten sind das absolute Highlight. Wir haben uns sehr, sehr wohl gefühlt. Besser gehts nicht. Super, Super, Super. Die Vermieter sind extrem freundlich, hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend, und offensichtlich haben sie guten Geschmack.
