Ein traumhaft schönes Feriendomizil mit Meerblick und allen Annehmlichkeiten! Das Haus ist geschmac

Ein traumhaft schönes Feriendomizil mit Meerblick und allen Annehmlichkeiten! Das Haus ist geschmackvoll gebaut und eingerichtet, es ist alles da, was man sich wünschen kann. Ein Kaffeeautomat, sogar mit Bohnen, alle Kochutensilien, Gewürze, Öl, Nudeln und vieles mehr, Haushaltsgeräte, mehr als ausreichend Klimaanlagen, sogar deutsches Fernsehen gab es. Die Terrasse ist perfekt! Meerblick, großer Esstisch, schöner und großer Pool, angenehmer Bodenbelag, Liegen, alles da, alles modern, alles in gutem Zustand. Der Kunstrasen ist eine prima Idee! In anderen Unterkünften war der Naturrasen meist komplett verbrannt und nicht begehbar. Hier ist das sehr gut gelöst. Die Eltern des Hausherren haben uns gut empfangen, sich um alles gekümmert, der Hausherr war immer erreichbar. Kleiner Wermutstropfen ist nur die Lage. Ringsum Ruinen von Baustellen, leere und verwilderte Grundstücke, dazwischen ein paar Ferienhäuser verstreut. Von Zadar ist man zu weit weg, für einen Spaziergang in die Stadt oder Einkauf zu Fuss. Aber das ist auch das Einzige. Der Vorteil an diesem Umstand: weit und breit kein Lärm und keine Nachbarn, die man stören könnte. Wir haben den Urlaub zu acht genossen, die Tatsache, dass nur 5 Liegen bereitstehen hat uns überhaupt nicht eingeschränkt, es wollten nie mehr als 5 gleichzeitig eine Liege. Der Anbau mit Fitness und BBQ ist sehr schön und am BBQ ist nochmal eine vollwertige Küche mit Allem was man braucht, incl. Kühlschrank. Von uns eine klare Empfehlung für die Villa Calvi, luxuriös, großzügig, komplett. Danke an Antonio und seine Helfer!
