An amazing stay! My room looked directly out at the memorial and the location made walking to various sites super easy. Tram stop right outside and a lovely breakfast every morning with Irene, who is amazing! Will definitely stay here again when we come back.

The rooms are big and it is quiet good located. Modern and the AC works with almost no noise. A few little things in the bathroom (toiletseat falls down when sitting, some hair at the toweldryer). All in all a really pleasant stay, thank you!

Our room and bathroom were spotless. Our room is right next yo the elevator. We can hear it when it runs. The kitchen is a four-room shared kitchen. No microwave. Two burners but no cooking utensils. Lots of plates, cups, cutlery.

The rooms are comfortable and clean. The breakfast is varied, including juice and fresh fruit, the location is perfect as it is close to the bus station and the city center. We stayed in downtown B&B Zagreb for one night between travelling and it suited us perfectly! very convenient self check in as we arrived late and the host was very respectful and friendly when making sure we got in okay and assured us there was no rush on checking out. For convenience and a happy environment every morning i couldn't recommend enough!

Nice location fairly close to the main parts of Zagreb old town. Room was clean and well-kept. Key pickup from the lockbox was easy. Was a little confusing at first then where to use the key. The entrance is on the second floor but opens into a small common area first before you see your actual room numbers

There is no reception so you will need to WhatsApp them to access the keys in the safe. There is no breakfast, only from June. The room was clean and modern, and in a good location for walking everywhere in the city.

Communication

This was the most stylish room I’ve stayed in, in this price range. Great location. Clean. Good amenities—kettle, clothes iron. The self-check-in procedure was an ordeal—I’d sum it up to inadequate communication. The host was pleasant and helpful though when I got him. If you arrive at night, expect the building hallways to be dark and find most of the rooms behind a door that is not clearly marked to indicate that it is the entrance to the suites. If you’re smarter than me then there’s lots to recommend this place.
