The building offers access to a wellness area with a Jacuzzi, a gym, a children's area and ski and bike storage.

The apartment is located in a quiet part of Zakopane, allowing you to relax away from the hustle and bustle, yet close to the main attractions. In a few minutes you will reach the Witkiewicz Theater. A walk to the famous Krupówki street will take you about 20 minutes. In the area you will find numerous restaurants serving regional dishes and grocery stores. In winter, you can reach the Lipki ski lift in 10 minutes by car.
