Alkinari draws inspiration from Greek mythology: Alcinous, the hospitable king who welcomed Odysseus, and Ariadne, who guided Theseus with her thread. Their stories reflect care, clarity, and refuge — values that define our guest experience. Alkinari is a place to rest, reflect, and recharge, no matter where life finds you.



Two Independent Homes, One Harmonious Setting

Alkinari Villa is composed of two private guest houses that share a beautifully designed outdoor space with a pool, shaded dining area, and garden lounge. The layout offers the perfect mix of togetherness and independence — ideal for couples, friends, or families traveling together.

In total, the villa can host up to five guests in comfort and privacy.



Alkinoos – A Bright and Airy Home (for up to 3 guests)

Spanning 50 square meters, Alkinoos is the larger residence, offering a peaceful and functional layout. The main bedroom features a queen-size bed, air conditioning, and a safety deposit box, while it opens onto a balcony that leads directly to the outdoor pool area.



The bathroom offers a sleek walk-in shower, while a small utility room provides a washing machine and cleaning supplies for added convenience.



The open-plan living area includes a fully equipped kitchen and dining space, along with a comfortable single sofa bed. A second balcony leads to the veranda and pool, making this an ideal space for relaxed mornings and slow, starlit evenings.



Ariadne – A Private, Stylish Guesthouse (for up to 2 guests)

With its own entrance and a footprint of 25 square meters, Ariadne is a well-appointed guest room that's both elegant and practical. It offers flexible sleeping arrangements with either two single beds or one king-size bed (170 cm), plus open wardrobes, a smart TV, air conditioning, and a safety deposit box.



The en-suite bathroom includes a walk-in shower, and the balcony doors open to the shared outdoor area — just steps from the swimming pool — offering an intimate yet refreshing retreat.



Outdoor Living

Outside the guest will step into 250 square meters of thoughtfully designed space. At the heart of it lies the villa's spacious private swimming pool, treated with a modern salt electrolysis system that offers a more natural, skin-friendly alternative to chlorine. It keeps the water sparkling clean while being gentle on the skin and eyes — ideal for long, refreshing swims under the sun.



Around the pool sunbeds, parasols, and an outdoor shower are offered for added comfort. Between the two guest houses, a shaded dining table invites you to enjoy meals outdoors, while a portable gas BBQ (with all the necessary utensils) makes al fresco cooking both simple and enjoyable. A cozy seating corner offers a peaceful spot to read, relax, or share a quiet moment.



The entire area is securely fenced, ensuring privacy throughout your stay, and private parking is conveniently available on site.

Set in one of Zakynthos' most scenic and unspoiled regions, Alkinari Villa is the perfect base to explore the natural beauty of Vasilikos.

The area is renowned for its stunning coastline, with long sandy beaches like Banana Beach, Dafni, and Gerakas all just a short drive away. Whether you're sunbathing, swimming, or strolling along the shore, Vasilikos offers an authentic, peaceful side of the island.



To fully explore the area and enjoy its many hidden gems — including traditional tavernas, panoramic viewpoints, and walking trails — we recommend having a car during your stay.

As a guest of this villa, you'll find barbecue grills, a garden, and laundry facilities. The front desk is open around the clock.
