Arismari Luxury Villas are situated on the oceanfront of Porto Roma, in Vasilikos, looking out to the rising sun and the azure blue. The villas are located at the south-eastern edge of the island only a walk away from the renown Porto Roma and Gerakas beach and at the heart of the environmentally protected area “Natura 2000”, which is the home of endangered sea turtles and seals. Just off the coast, the traditional yet modern stone villas are surrounded by the unique Mediterranean flora and aroma and offer a luxury living to its guests, for which a private transfer to and from the location can be arranged.

Each villa consists of four spacious en-suite bedrooms, a kitchen and living room, where you will be able enjoy all the modern comforts. The traditional architecture is harmoniously married with a modern and minimal interior design and a neutral colour scheme. At the terrace you can enjoy moments of serenity and optimal privacy either on the sun loungers around the private infinity pool or in the hydro-massage, breathing in the rich fragrance of rosemary that the sea breeze has swirled around. The sea is also only a few footsteps away. If you are feeling vigorous you can ride one of the villa’s mountain bikes and traverse the rural trails of Vasilikos or take the snorkelling gear and explore the hidden treasures of the turquoise blue waters.

Perfect

Everything about this property exceeded expectations. Management was always available, proactive, and went above and beyond to ensure every aspect of our stay was prefect. Cleaning and maintenance staff were delightful and helpful. The waterfront location and breathtaking views are even better than the pictures. Feels quiet and secluded but walking distance from great restaurants and beaches. Only 30 min drive from Zante City center. It was the perfect getaway.

Fantastic property, amazing view

This was a fantastic property, well-equipped, beautiful grounds and great communication with property manager. Great for families but it’s worth noting that the lower level bedrooms are not accessible without going outside and through a separately locked door. This was not clear and is not ideal for families with small children who don’t want to be separated.

Magical!

We just spent 5 days here with 8 family members and it was just amazing! The view is probably one of the best I have ever had and the home is just fantastic. Spyridoula and her team make sure everything works just perfectly. It was my son's birthday when we arrived and I asked if she could get some cake and snacks all set up and we arrived around 6PM a birthday cake with candles and a feast. You will definitely want to rent this place.

Sehr schöne Villa in toller Lage.

Wir haben die Woche sehr genossen. Die Villa ist Top, sehr neu und gut ausgestattet. Täglich wurde gereinigt, innen wie außen und die Handtücher gewechselt. Die Lage der Villa ist sehr schön, ruhig und direkt am Meer. Vielen Dank an die Vermieterin und an den tollen Service vom Housekeeping.
