We live in the most beautiful area of the island far away from massive tourism. We have our own private cove just down the house. It is great for snorkeling, you can see fish and star fish. We have 2 kayaks for 2 people each and 2 standup paddles that you can use for free. It is ideal for exploring the famous blue caves and stop for a swim along the coast. You might even see a seal or a turtle. The port of Agios Nikolaos is only 5 min walk. There are traditional restaurants and mini-markets.

Benetia Apartments & Cottage are situated on the northern coast of Zakynthos at Agios Nikolaos Port, Volimes. It is the most beautiful and tranquil area of the island, far away from commercialised tourism, in a place of serene beauty and wilderness.
The Apartments and Cottage with stunning panoramic views over the clear blue sea are ideal for anyone who appreciates nature and water activities such as sailing, scuba diving, kayak, SUP or exploring the many picturesque coves and beaches.This could not be a better spot for a nature lover to stay as there is a private cove (secured by a gate) right under the apartments. Just go down the stairs from the accommodation and there you are!
The scenery here is superb and it is also the location of two beaches and many good tavernas, mini-markets, all within walking distance.
The lush green mountains and surrounding countryside is perfect for leisurely walks to enjoy the attractive natural scenery
The family run apartments & cottage are owned and cared for by Spyros, a friendly local fisherman, his French wife Magalie and family who are available to help you with anything you may need during your stay.
