The house is a grand villa standing on the top of a hill with endless views to the bay of Laganas and most of the southern coastline of Zakynthos. This is an amazing 4 bedroom villa, ideal for big families in the vicinity of the sandy beaches of the south. The villa comes with private grounds, green areas, a private swimming pool and amazing views from its verandas and pool area. It is close to restaurants, bars, and the beaches but at the same time tucked away from the noise of the crowds.

This is a unique villa, built in a prestigious location on top of a hill with amazing island views. The villa is spacious with 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, living room, kitchen and dinning area stretching in two floors. The villa also boasts a private pool with an area of relax and a lush lawn. The pool is fairly big measuring 9 meters long by 4. 5 meters wide and 1.4 meters deep. The pool area is fenced to provide security and has sun-loungers, a hammock and beautiful 180-degree views of the island.

From the pool area there are a few steps to the ground floor. The ground floor consists of a big lounge and dinning area. There is comfortable sitting for 10 people to relax or to dine. The sofas in the living room can turn into beds for 2 extra people to sleep here. The kitchen to the side of the dinning area is fully equipped with a fridge and freezer, cooker with oven, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, and all the kitchen utensils you will need to prepare a delicious meal. On the ground floor you will also find a bedroom with a double bed, wardrobe, a / c and a balcony facing the setting sun. Next to the bedroom there is a bathroom with toilet and a shower.
