Casa di Pietra is a beautifully handcrafted stone villa located in the tranquil village of Vanato offering a wonderful balance of rustic charm and modern conveniences for up to eight guests.
The property features four stylish bedrooms, three of which benefit from their own en suite shower rooms, alongside a spacious open plan living and dining area, plus a fully equipped kitchen where exposed wood beams and stonework merge with contemporary essentials.

Step outside into the spacious and private grounds and discover your private pool (with integrated spa jets), surrounded by sun loungers and shady parasols. The outdoor living area includes a covered terrace with dining furniture, a substantial in-built barbecue, a pizza oven and a mini fridge to keep poolside drinks chilled, a lovely spot for relaxed al fresco meals with views of the surrounding hills. Privacy is assured with fully fenced grounds and gated parking for at least two cars. The location is ideal as you are just a 10 minute drive from the excellent amenities at Zakynthos Town and popular Tsilivi, as well as being less than 6km from the nearest sandy beaches. Just over 1km away you will find a respected local taverna, belonging to the owner of Casa di Pietra, a very convenient choice for leisurely dinners that many will find close enough to visit without having to rely on a car.

*Pool heating is available on request at a cost of €70 per day payable locally. This must be booked no later than 1 week prior to arrival.
Please note: The Greek Government charge a Climate Tax which is payable by guests staying in hotels and other properties. For Casa Di Pietra the charge is a flat rate of €15 (£13.04) per night. For your convenience we will add this amount to your booking, rather than you having to pay it in resort.
