Demargia Villas are located in the village of Ano Gerakari and belongs to the municipality of Artemission/Arkardion on the island of Zakynthos.
There are 2 separate Villas set in a beautiful outdoor area including 2 common swimming pools.
The first Villa consists of 3 Apartments - Ground Floor (suitable up to 6 persons), First Floor (suitable up to 6 persons) and a Roof Studio (suitable up to 4 persons).
The second Villa consists of 2 Apartments – Ground Floor (suitable for 2 persons) and First Floor (suitable for 2 – 4 persons).
All Apartments have their own entrance.

We offer you a safe for your personal belongings.
There are toilets & showers for ladies and gentlemen by the pool area, as well a common playground area for kids and a BBQ area.
