Dip your toes in the crystal clear waters of the 60m2 private swimming pool (1.50depth) and relax under the warmth of the Greek sun on the premium sun beds or in pool sun-bed. In the afternoon gather your family and friends at the unique and ultra stylish outdoor dining and BBQ area (gas) where you can enjoy yourself, try delicious local foods and drinks and spend endless warm evenings admiring the breathtaking sunsets over the Ionian Sea. A ping pong table is also available outdoors to master your skills, inspiring entertainment and togetherness. For your convenience there is also a private parking at the property for up to 3 cars.

It consists of a stunning open space, comfortable living area which opens into dining area, spacious enough to comfortably accommodate 6 guests. It also features a modern and bright open-plan kitchen.
