It is located on the third floor of a building standing alone with a beautiful view from its balcony.

This private apartment is ideal for 2 people, but can also accommodate two more guests on the double sofa bed in the living room.

Waking up in the morning, enjoying your breakfast in the veranda with a beautiful view over the sea and Zante town, you can then walk down a 300m distance to the vibrant town centre of Zakynthos.

Before your arrival, I will send you detailed directions to the apartment and some recommendations of beautiful beaches, trip suggestions and nice restaurants/bars. This way you can skip the tourist traps and explore Zakynthos like a local!

On your arrival, we will explain some important tips to you, provide you with a map of Zakynthos and listen to any questions you may have.

Neighbourhood:
What makes our place unique is that they are right in the centre of Zakynthos town. Its central location is ideal for those who want to be in the vibrant town centre.
The neighbourhood has everything you may need during your stay. A big supermarket, off license kiosks, bakeries, pharmacies, souvenir shops, groceries stores and butcher’ shops are all available within literally 3 minutes walking distance from the apartment. There are also plenty of restaurants, bars and cafes nearby (300-500m away).

Free public parking - feel free to park on the streets anywhere around the house.

The central bus station with bus services to villages and beaches is just 10 minutes away on foot.
A taxi station is also available nearby (250 metres away).
The port, where many boat trips to the Shipwreck & Blue Caves depart from, is just 300 metres away.

We can arrange a car rental for you and have it delivered either at the airport or the apartment for your convenience.

"flexible" Check-in/-out time policy:
I will try to accommodate your check-in or check-out, no matter what time it is. Note that early check ins are not always possible if I have a guest leaving that morning, as I need to allow them to check out and prepare the apartment for you. However, I can usually allow you to drop off luggage, and the apartment will usually be ready by noon or 1pm at the very latest. If you have a late flight, you are welcome to leave your luggage or even stay in the apartment if no other guest is arriving on the same day. Late check-ins are no problem at all.

As a guest of this apartment, you'll find laundry facilities and an elevator. The front desk is open around the clock.
