The villa's main building spans three levels. The upper level features a master bedroom with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom, while the lower floor houses a sea-facing living room with a fireplace and access to a covered veranda, complete with a dining table for 10 guests. The generously equipped kitchen ensures a seamless culinary experience, equipped with all modern amenities and ample space for family gatherings.



Villa Deep Blue seamlessly integrates indoor and outdoor dining options. The kitchen and living room offer dining spaces, and an expansive 80-square-meter covered balcony beckons with its stunning sea views.



The lower level of the villa comprises two additional bedrooms: a spacious double bedroom (40 sqm) and a twin bedroom (35 sqm), both featuring en-suite bathrooms and kitchenettes. These bedrooms have independent entrances and their own terraces overlooking the sea, all equipped with mosquito nets.



For added privacy, the guesthouse, an independent 50-square-meter air-conditioned studio, offers breathtaking views of Kefalonia Island and the pool. It includes a large bedroom with a double bed, a well-equipped kitchen, and a spacious bathroom, accommodating 2 to 3 guests comfortably.
