External Living | Pool & Spa Whirlpool (Can be Heated with Extra fee) & BBQ
This captivating home is embellished with a private 35m2 swimming pool (1.40m depth) that can be heated (together with the Spa Whirlpool ) with an additional fee, embellished with a eight seater Spa Whirlpool and lounge area with signature sun-beds. Grown-ups can lounge to their sun loungers before idling back for al fresco barbecues (charcoal) at the shaded outdoor dinning area, under sunset skies.

Outdoor Pool Heating Policy:
- Pool Temperature | Heating temperature could vary up to 26 °C subject to the outdoor weather conditions.
- Preferred Months | Pool heating is typically used during the months March - Mid June & October, November.
- Advance Notice | 2 days’ notice prior arrival is mandatory for the pool to reach the optimal temperature.
- Additional Fees | 70 €/day
- Booking Duration | Pool heating is exclusively bookable for the entire stay, at the cumulative cost as outlined above.
- Weather Conditions | When the outside temperature is above 25 °C or in case of rain it shall not operate. Kindly note that a pool cover is not available

Internal Living | Bedrooms & Bathrooms
Contemporary interiors, exposed beams, cleverly repurposed finds and sumptuous furnishings create a calming wash throughout. Lounge at the comfy living room and set up a movie marathon in the living room on long summer nights. A bespoke living-cum fully equipped kitchen awaits you for culinary wonders. The villa features four wonderful bedrooms and three bathrooms ( two are en-suite). It can comfortably accommodate up to 8 guests in real beds and 2 more guests can sleep at the living rooms sofa bed that unfolds and can become a double bed.
