Covering 110 square meters across two levels, the villa welcomes up to four guests in two beautifully appointed bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with two single beds, making it ideal for couples, friends, or small families. Each bedroom features its own modern en-suite bathroom with a shower, and there is also a convenient guest WC on the ground floor.

The open-plan living space is bright and inviting, flowing effortlessly into a fully equipped kitchen with an oven, ceramic cooktop, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, espresso machine, electric kettle, toaster, and all the essential cookware. Whether preparing a quick breakfast before a day of adventure or lingering over a homemade dinner, the space is designed to make every meal a pleasure.
